About Devan I’m a Licensed Cosmetologist and Healthy Haircare Specialist based in Los Angeles, California. I’m located approximately 5 minutes from the Beverly Center. I’m a Paul Mitchell alumna with advanced cutting training from Vidal Sassoon Beverly Hills. Throughout my career, I’ve also had the opportunity to be mentored by veteran hairstylists, continuously expanding my knowledge and refining my approach to healthy hair, precision cutting, styling, and color. My approach to hair is centered around healthy hair first. Every appointment begins with understanding the current condition of your hair, your hair history, your expectations, and your long-term goals. My goal is not just to create a beautiful style today, but to help you build and maintain healthy hair over time. Your First Appointment New clients—and returning clients I haven’t serviced in more than 3 months—must book a New Client reset Package to allow adequate time for your consultation and service. Your first appointment includes: * A customized consultation * Physical hair and scalp analysis * Discussion of your hair history and current routine * Education on products, ingredients, and proper haircare * Discussion of your desired results and long-term hair goals * A personalized plan for maintaining and improving the health of your hair Give me 6 months to help get your hair back in shape and on a healthy path. Healthy hair is a process, and consistency matters. New Client Requirements A deposit is required for all new clients. The deposit amount is displayed when you select your service. Deposits are non-refundable. After booking, new clients must: 1. Text your full name and clear, current photos of your hair to (323) 207-8707. 2. Complete all required intake forms. 3. Wait for appointment approval. Appointments will not be approved until all required steps are completed. Color Appointments All color services require a New Client Color Consultation before booking the color service. Please book the consultation first so we can discuss your hair history, desired color, maintenance, and whether your desired result is appropriate for the current condition of your hair. Please Arrive With Your Hair Detangled Please arrive with your hair completely detangled from roots to ends prior to your appointment. If excessive detangling is required, a detangling fee may be added to your service total. Deposits & Rescheduling If you are unable to make your appointment, please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment whenever possible. Rescheduling within the required timeframe allows you to apply your existing booking toward a new appointment and avoid losing your deposit. Late Policy I understand that life happens. I offer a 15-minute grace period, but communication is important. If you are running late, please contact me before your appointment time and provide an ETA. If you have not communicated with me within the 15-minute grace period, your appointment will be canceled and a 50% late-cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee is separate from any deposit already paid. No-Show Policy A 60% no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. If the card on file has insufficient funds at the time of the no-show, you will no longer be eligible to book future appointments. Parking Parking is available: * In the shopping center * On the street — please read all posted parking signs * In the underground garage — enter from Whitworth Drive Need a Different Appointment Time?
